Jampore Beach

Jampore Beach

beach · Daman & Diu

Blackish-brown sand rather than the gold most people picture is part of why this beach stays quiet: relatively secluded, about 4 km from Moti Daman, with calm water that makes wading easy. There is not a great deal to do here beyond walk and swim, so time it for the late afternoon, because the sunset over the Arabian Sea is what people actually come for. A good evening, and a thin whole day.
