The ideal window to explore Palolem is from November to March when eco-resorts open fully and the sea remains perfectly calm.

Why visit

Palolem is a crescent bay with water calm enough to actually swim in, which is not true of much of north Goa. The shacks come down every monsoon and go back up in October, so nothing here is more than one season old.
