Two islands, North and South Cinque, sitting on the north side of Duncan Passage between Rutland and Passage Island. The reason people make the trip is underwater rather than on land — this is one of the best-known diving spots in the Andamans, and if you are not going into the water there is little point going at all. The channel between North Cinque and Rutland is Manners Strait.
