Cliffs and forest on every side, and the village itself on top of Mawmrang hill. That is Luangpawn, in Saitual district under Phullen block, and a road connects it to the settlements around it and to the district centres, so reaching it is not the ordeal the terrain suggests. Nothing has been built here to look at. What there is is the position, a hilltop with forested ground falling away from it. Worth an hour if you are already out in the Phullen country.
