Sixty households, 270 people at the last count in 2018, on three-quarters of a square kilometre: that is the whole of Chajing Khunou. It was settled in the 1960s by people who came from Lilong Chajing, an older town 65 km to the north, and the name carries that origin. Kakching district puts it about 75 km south of Imphal. There is no attraction here in the ordinary sense; the reason to stop would be that you know someone, or that you want to see how a village of this size in the valley actually works.
