Sekta village holds one of six burial mounds identified in the area, and the place is a protected archaeological site as much as a museum. The Archaeological Survey of India dug here in 1991 alongside the state archaeology department and the history department at Manipur University, and what the site is known for is its secondary burial finds. This is a specialist stop rather than a general one. Go because the early history of the valley interests you, and give it rather less time than you would give a city museum.
